PROJECT MANAGER (DIRTT) - ROCHESTER, NY
We are looking for a motivated and reliable candidate for the position of Project Manager at our location in Rochester, NY. Responsibilities include managing commercial interior construction projects from planning through completion using DIRTT, a modern, prefabricated building system. You will be expected to coordinate project timelines, budgets, site logistics, and installation activities, while working closely with general contractors, trades, and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
This is a hands-on role that requires regular on-site presence, strong communication, and the ability to keep projects moving efficiently from start to finish.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Included but not limited to
- Read drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope, sequencing, and requirements.
- Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
- Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and installation sequencing.
- Lead pre-installation meetings and align all stakeholders.
- Work closely with general contractors, trades, and vendors to maintain project flow.
- Oversee installation progress and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support RFIs and resolve project questions in a timely manner.
- Manage punch lists and ensure clean, efficient project closeout.
- Deliver final documentation and ensure a smooth handoff to the client.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure overall satisfaction.
- Maintain a proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven approach throughout the project lifecycle.
- Must be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a “positive” and cooperative “can do” attitude especially during problem resolution and challenging situations.

FURNITURE INSTALLER - ITHACA, NY
We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates for the position of Furniture Installer at our location in Ithaca, NY. Responsibilities include installation and reconfiguration of furniture within a customer's facility or corporate space. You will be expected to drive to designated locations to load and unload new products from installation trucks, as well as perform site cleanup after installation. You should be comfortable building products if needed before delivery, as well as using general tools to assemble products.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Included but not limited to
- Read prints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements.
- Responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Secure metal framing to walls.
- Fit, align, and hang panels, work surfaces, etc.
- Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be mechanically inclined and have experience using tools.
- Maintain a “positive” and cooperative “can do” attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations

WAREHOUSE SUPPORT - ITHACA, NY
We are looking for skilled Warehouse Support to manage warehouse inventory and database. You will be responsible for receiving all freight from manufacturers. Report all damages to order entry for freight claims. Assure that we have received everything as ordered. Arrange delivery of product to clients. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Included but not limited to
- Meet manufacturer's trucks and assist in unloading of merchandise
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook
- Work with computer programs for receiving & inventory control
- Inspect incoming product & report any damage using correct form
- Review received merchandise and verify accuracy with orders
- Receive product in computer system within a timely manner and print all tickets associated with order.
- Verify that project is complete and ready to be delivered/installed in its entirety (unless prior arrangements have been agreed to with salesperson)
- Arrange all deliveries with client, utilizing installation schedules from Sales for benchmarks.
- Responsible for scheduling safe, efficient deliveries/installs so that they can be completed in a timely manner.
- Pull, inspect, load products with delivery personnel for delivery.
- Keep vehicles in excellent running order. Make sure inspections are done.
- Keep material handling equipment in good working order
- Maintain clean, efficient warehouse at all times.
