CXtec, a technology hardware company, moved their headquarters into 30,000SF of space in City Center located in downtown Syracuse.
Locals would recognize this space as the former Sibley’s department store, undergoing massive renovations by the Hayner Hoyt Corporation, who also occupies the building. We worked along side Ashley Anderson of Macknight Architects, who was fantastic to partner with through the process. CXtec was looking to create an updated environment that staff would look forward to occupying every day. The abundantly naturally lit space features several collaborative work areas, independent spaces, and modern touches of graphite, cobalt, and ash.
The team at CXtec were a joy to work with, and this project was a success from start to completion.
