Annual SBI Design Charette
The only way to get better is together.
In March 2026, our designers from across all office locations came together in Rochester for our annual design charette—a full day dedicated to learning, collaboration, and growth.
The agenda covered everything from CET training and software tips to healthcare-focused design conversations, product overviews, and emerging AI tools. More importantly, it created space for teammates to share insights, lessons learned, and real project experiences.
There’s something powerful about getting everyone in the same room—aligning, challenging each other, and pushing our work forward together.
