MillerKnoll's Dealer Excellence program is a continuous improvement program that uses an objective framework to measure, engage, and reward Dealers for ongoing performance and commitment to the goals and strategies of the MillerKnoll collective.

The DX Program has four sections with performance metrics that provide a comprehensive framework to measure Dealer Excellence: Sales & Design, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership & Financial Performance. Each Dealer is rated and scored based on individual Dealer capabilities and compared to the larger Herman Miller Dealer Network.
