Customer Service Workshop
Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to bring our Customer Service team together from across all of our offices for a full-day workshop at our Rochester location. It was a great chance to connect in person, strengthen relationships, and focus on the work that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
The day was focused on collaboration—team building, reviewing and refining our processes, and having honest conversations about where we can strengthen inter-departmental communication.
Customer service is often the hub that connects every part of an organization. When communication is strong and processes are clear, it allows teams to work more efficiently and ensures a better experience for our clients.
Great conversations, great collaboration, and a lot of good momentum coming out of the day. Grateful to have team that’s always looking for ways to improve how we work together and how we support our clients.
